Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel suite smelled of mold and the air conditioning wasn't working, which was a disappointing shock after a fantastic time in Thailand. The staff's response to our concerns was unprofessional, making the experience unpleasant. On the bright side, the rooms offer comfortable views of the river and Bangkok skyline.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offer nice views but are small. Staying in an executive panorama suite that had been newly refurbished was a plus, and the access to the roof bar was a great perk. However, it felt a bit cramped at times, especially when trying to relax a few hours before heading out.
When I stayed at the hotel, I was amazed by the stunning river view from the rooms at Icon Siam. The large bathrooms and stylish fittings added a touch of luxury to the stay. However, some rooms felt a bit tired and lackluster with unwelcoming art. Overall, the rooms were nice and up to date, providing a comfortable experience.
I had a truly royal experience at the hotel with 4 rooms and a 270-degree view of Bangkok, thanks to the airline's fault giving interest on my money. The rooms were not expensive and provided a magnificent view of the city, making my stay unforgettable.
Staying at the Panoramic View Club room was a fabulous experience with breathtaking views of the river and constant entertainment from boat cruises and barges passing by. The room was equipped with the best shower ever, smart room features, USB plug points everywhere, and perfect lighting.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, featuring one of the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced. Access to the Executive Lounge was a nice touch. However, there were some noise disturbances from ongoing construction activities, and cleanliness in the hallway needed improvement.
The hotel has some great perks like access to the Executive Lounge but the rooms look worn-out and the noise was a bit much. The service was a mix of rude and warm interactions. The location near the river is convenient, offering a peaceful atmosphere. Overall, a decent stay with ups and downs.
The hotel is in need of a revamp as the rooms are small and lack some expected toiletries, but the view of the river and boats is lovely. The facilities include a steam room, dry sauna, and jacuzzi. Service is attentive and went the extra mile for a birthday celebration. The location is excellent with a mix of high-end shopping, local markets, and the busy river right at the doorstep. However, the dining experience was below average for breakfast.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with its fantastic location, friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms, and a well-maintained pool area. While the dining experience was good, it could offer more variety for breakfast. The overall value for the price paid was great.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were excellent, with high-quality linens, mattresses, and pillows, along with a lovely clean environment. However, I was disappointed that the room wasn't vacuumed during our stay, and there were issues like a broken shower head and some malfunctioning lights.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, offering stunning views over the river and city. Despite some quality issues, the quietness at the river end of the corridor made it a peaceful retreat. The service was attentive, and the lounge access felt exclusive, providing a great value for the free snacks and drinks. The location was perfect for sightseeing with easy access to the river and the free shuttle service. The dining experience was great with a rich variety of food. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of the stay.
The hotel offers an incredible view of Chaopraya river and the old city of Bangkok's Thonburi district from the spacious and modern rooms, which come with a luxurious king-sized bed and 2 bathrooms, including a spa bath. The dining experience is absolutely out-of-this-world fantastic, especially the buffet breakfast, but the location might be affected by heavy traffic in this part of Bangkok.
The hotel's rooms were just not nice for a five-star hotel, which was a bit damp with unattractive decor. The service was fantastic, kind, very professional, and extremely helpful. The location was a bit quirky but a nice spot. The dining experience was fine but lacking variety, especially for specific dietary preferences. Overall, the hotel provides a mix of positive and negative experiences.
The hotel offers big, clean, and comfortable rooms with a view of the river, which was fantastic. The service from the house staff was very polite and helpful. The location is on Bangkok's riverfront, next to Iconsiam mall, making it brilliant for exploring the city. The dining experience was fantastic with a variety of options available. However, some design flaws in the rooms may affect the convenience.
Staying at the Hilton hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were clean, spacious, and filled with all the usual Hilton amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. However, the view from my room overlooked an unattractive building, with the cityscape and river visible only from a distance. The service provided by the staff, especially Bim in the Exec Suite, was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The hotel's location along the Chao Phraya River was convenient for sightseeing, although the reliance on shuttle boats to reach key areas could be a drawback. The dining options varied from impressive to below average, offering some room for improvement. The facilities were satisfactory, and the price seemed reasonable overall.
